Year 5 Go To The Movies - Local Industry Study

As part of our Local Industries Topic, Year 5 were fortunate to be given the opportunity to watch a private screening at Cineworld Weymouth of the new Buzz Lightyear film and have an exclusive tour around Rossi’s ice-cream parlour in Weymouth, where the children were able to ask the owner questions. The children had a super day and the glorious sunshine made sure there were smiles all round. The children collected data using questionnaires to the local public and I have to say the adults received some wonderful comments from locals and tourists about our children. To finish the day, an ice cream with a flake was a must.
