We had to bring the outside inside today, but had lots of fun creating our own Christmas wreaths, cress snowmen and Christmas cards using natural materials.

Year 5 thoroughly enjoyed taking their learning outside the classroom and into the school hall, where they reinforced their understanding of the order of the planets, how quickly each one orbits the Sun, and the unique climate of every planet — with Mercury being the hottest and Neptune the coldest.
