Welcome to Conifers Primary School!
The winners of our attendance award last week were the children of Willow class who achieved 99%, closely followed by Oak with 98.6%.
Well done to both classes.

Mr Andrew Johnson
We had a wonderful day for World Book Day! The children had some really wonderful costumes and every year group had a lovely time. The day started with an assembly and costume fashion show and then the children went back to their classes to look at different authors.
In KS1, Reception looked at Julia Donaldson, Year 1 read books by Rachel Bright and Year 2 focussed on David Walliams. Further up the school in KS2, Year 3 looked at texts from Roald Dahl, Year 4 completed activities based on books by Liz Pichon, Year 5 looked at Anthony Horriwits and Year 6 got to spend the day learning about J K Rowling.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the parents for their continued support and to remind you to spend your World Book Day vouchers! Miss Blake
