Learning Outside The Classroom

Learning Outside the Classroom is at the heart of our curriculum. Year 2 have been learning about our rights as part of the UNCRC and we have been taking the learning outside to learn about personal hygiene linking with the book 'Whiffy Wilson'. The children also enjoyed making fruit kebabs, linking with healthy eating, and we built a den for a teddy to identify what we need to make us feel safe, for example shelter and a bed to sleep in.
