The summer term is a busy time full of sporting events and activities. On Thursday 19th May, Miss Frampton took a team of Year 4 cricketers to the Kwik cricket festival at Redlands.  In the morning the children learnt skills and the afternoon comprised of short games, Conifers Beat both Southill and St Mary's convincingly.

A small group of children were selected to enjoy a trampolining session at Westfield Arts College before half term, it was a great opportunity to offer the children a different activity and a lot of fun was had by everyone.

On Wednesday 8th June Mr West took a team of year 5 boys to the area Kwik cricket tournament at Redlands, the boys enjoyed a fantastic day and managed to win several games.

The county athletics event is at Ashdown Leisure Centre on Saturday 2nd July and we wish our children the best of luck.

On Thursday 30th June Miss Frampton and Mrs Moorley took a Year 4 team to the Rounders tournament at Budmouth, the team played against Beechcrof, St Augustines and Portesham. They managed to win 4 matches and draw 1, which meant they were the tournament champions!
